In a fast changing area of Birmingham City Centre, A P Architects were appointed to put forward proposals to the LPA for redevelopment of 2 sites on Moseley Street in Digbeth.

Proposals comprise of commercial retail use of the ground floors and 165 residential apartments on upper floors. Shared amenity space is provided in courtyard and roof top gardens.

The development is close to existing public infrastructure and amenities.
