A P Architects were appointed to assist with obtaining planning permission to redevelop an existing residential site in Bromsgrove to provide 5 new dwellings. The proposals would contribute to delivering housing in an area where there is a current shortfall.

The proposals optimise the use of the site with a layout that complements the character of the road. The rear 2 and a half storey dwellings take advantage of open countryside views to the rear of the site.
