A P Architects were appointed to provide planning services to put forward proposals to the local planning authority (LPA) for redevelopment of a strategic sites on Bradford Street in Birmingham City Centre.

The site is within the Smithfield Masterplan area where a vision of regeneration is outlined by the local planning authority.

Proposals comprise of 175 residential apartment dwelling across 20 storeys, commercial retail use of the ground floor. Shared amenity space is provided in courtyard and roof top gardens.

The development will integrate well with surrounding development and tie in with the LPA strategic vision.
